Mysuru: Mysore Athletics Club felicitated upcoming athletes K. Yukthi, who secured gold medal in the long jump (U-16 category) and created State New Meet Record; M.A. Varsha, silver medallist in 400 mts (U-18 category); Ishana Pykesa, silver medallist in Heptathlon (U-18 category) and B. Akshara, bronze medallist in long jump (U-16 category) at the Karnataka State-level Junior Athletics Meet held at Sri Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru recently,

The felicitation event was held at University of Mysore Athletic Grounds (Oval Grounds) recently.

The athletes were felicitated by senior journalist Amshi Prasanna Kumar.

Club President Chainsingh Rajpurohit, Secretary M. Yogendra, Organising Secretary and Athletic Coach G.R. Prabhakar, Sathyjith, Raveesh and parents were present.
