Mysore Toastmasters hold Open House Meeting at Heritage House

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysore Toastmasters conducted its Open House Meeting themed “Crescendo” at Heritage House in city recently, in collaboration with Mysuru Readers.

Mysuru Readers, represented by Sharath Raj, works towards building a vibrant reading community inspired by Mysuru’s rich literary heritage shaped by stalwarts such as R.K. Narayan and Kuvempu.

The meeting commenced with an engaging session, followed by opening remarks by Presiding Officer Vishal Nangal, President, Mysore Toastmasters.

Sergeant-at-Arms K.S. Sanjay outlined the meeting protocols. Toastmaster of the Day Suma Yadrami, DTM, introduced the theme “Crescendo,” highlighting the upcoming District Conference and organisational structure.

An educational session was delivered by Vignesh V. Nayak, author of Corporate Sanyasi, who shared insights on professional growth and personal transformation.

The Table Topics session, conducted by Murali Krishnan, saw enthusiastic participation, with speakers delivering impromptu speeches. The meeting roles were supported by Sushmitha Krishna (Timer) and concluded with an award session and closing remarks by Vishal.

Toastmasters International is a global non-profit educational organisation dedicated to improving communication and leadership skills.
