MysoreOne facilities: A suggestion

February 13, 2017

Sir,

Although there are many outlets of MysoreOne in the city, one has to go to only the Gokulam Office for getting Aadhaar card-related things done. The other day l had gone there to just update my mobile number and it took more than three hours!

There is only one system and one person attending to the people in the queue, who takes at least 15 to 20 minutes per person. There were many families with little kids applying for Aadhaar Cards. Naturally, it consumes more time and one cannot blame the person attending to the system.

I would request the authorities concerned to give at least one more system in that office to attend to the Aadhaar card applicants. That would ease the problem of people who come there with their small kids. Otherwise, some more outlets of MysoreOne should look into Aadhaar applications.
