Cops register murder case

Mysuru:  A woman has died under mysterious circumstances in Yelwal Police limits in city. The deceased is Sunitha (38), wife of Srinivas and residents of Madahalli near Yelwal here. She was found dead on her cot.

Sunitha, a resident of Belawadi was married to Srinivas since 17 years and the couple have two children. The family were staying in their agricultural land after constructing a house there.

On Friday, Sunitha was found dead on her cot. It is learnt that there were differences of opinions between the couple and on Friday too, the couple had indulged in a fight when the children were playing outside.

Yelwal Police, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar and based on the complaint from Sunitha’s father, the Police have registered a case of murder and are investigating.
