Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship

Mysuru: Mohankumar of Naganahalli in Kasaba Hobli of Mysuru taluk has been selected as a Referee for the ongoing Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship-2026 being held at Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad,Gujarat, from Oct. 23 to 31.

Mohankumar is the only one selected from Karnataka as a Referee for the Championship. A Post-Graduate in Physical Education from University of Mysore, with Kabaddi as an optional subject, he had served as a guest lecturer at the University’s Department of Physical Education for three years. He was part of the NCC since his high school days.
