Mysuru Bar Association accords warm send-off to transferred Judges

Raghunath is new District Judge

Mysore/Mysuru: In a major reshuffle of Judges, the Law Department has transferred Mysuru’s Principal District and Sessions Court Judge Ramachandra Huddar to Karnataka Law Academy at Bengaluru and appointed Judge Raghunath in his place.

Raghunath, who was serving as Kolar Principal District and Sessions Court Judge, is likely to take charge as the new Principal District and Sessions Court Judge on June 21.

In other transfers, eight Judges of Senior and Junior Grades, who were serving in Mysuru, including Jayashri, Manjunath and Gowramma have been posted to Courts in other places.  

All the transferred Judges were given a warm send-off  by Mysuru Bar Association yesterday. Association President Anand Kumar, Secretary B. Shivanna and others were present on the occasion.
