Mysuru Children’s Book Club adopts birds

Mysuru Children’s Book Club, a wing of Mysuru Book Clubs-2015, recently adopted two birds (Finch and Indian Silver bill) of Mysuru Zoo. Speaking to Star of Mysore, Founder of Mysuru Book Clubs Shubha Sanjay Urs said that in all 39 children (Mysuru Children’s Book Club Members) were first taken around the bird cages. The kids then wrote down the names and after listening about each bird’s life span, they decided to adopt these two birds.
