Mysore/Mysuru: The city is all set to host the 10th edition of Mysuru Children’s Literature Festival 2025, a celebration of stories, imagination and learning for children aged 3 to 15.
Organised by the Mysuru Literary Forum Charitable Trust and Mysuru Book Clubs Charitable Trust, the festival will take place on Sunday (Nov. 23) from 3 pm to 7 pm at JCAC (Jagannath Centre for Art and Culture) in Vijayanagar.
The event will be inaugurated by Trishikha Kumari Wadiyar, adding a regal touch. Organisers Shubha Sanjay Urs and Thankam Panakal have curated a dynamic event aimed at nurturing a love for books and creative expression among children.
Children and families can look forward to a wide array of activities — author interactions and storytelling sessions, reading corners and writing workshops, puppet shows and illustration activities, robotics demos, creative exhibits and book and food stalls.

Greystroke – Haha Tales from Here and There (3 pm – 3.30 pm); Aparna Kapur – An Absence of Squirrels (3.35 pm – 4.05 pm); Hema Malini Devi – Stories of Wit and Wisdom (4.10 pm – 4.30 pm)
Post-inauguration sessions: Chandini Chhabra – Go Wild (5.10 pm – 5.40 pm); Ashok Rajagopalan – Gajaa MaJaa (5.45 pm – 6.15 pm).
