Mysuru master athletes excel at Nationals

The following Mysuru athletes have excelled in the 43rd National Masters Athletics Championships held at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata, from Feb. 13 to 19 by representing Karnataka State:

Madappa Yogendra has won Silver Medal in 2000 mts Steeplechase Running Race (60+) and Bronze Medal in 4×400 mts Relay Race; H.M. Sujatha has won Gold Medal in Shot-Put (65+) and S. Mahadevu has won two Bronze Medals in 400 mts Running Race and 4×400 mts Relay Race (70).

Medals were given away by World Masters Athletics Association Honorary Stan Perkins.
