Mysuru needs mobile toilet facilities

March 2, 2019

Sir,

Our city needs mobile toilet facilities near parks, CBD,  temples, mosques, weekly shanties, festival gatherings and more importantly at congested living locales where the poor live in unsanitary conditions.

Because it is mobile, it can be taken, after use for a specific period, to cleaning stations with water and other cleaning facilities to make it ready for re-use.

Not having water and cleaning facilities at public toilets is the bane of all such toilets for their lack of patronage.

Even e-toilets are not much in use. Their footfalls need to be surveyed at regular intervals.

Hope everyone concerned with Swachh Bharat Abhiyan will pay heed to this suggestion.
