CISCE Zonal Swimming Championship

Mysuru: Swimmers  of Marlin Aquactic Center, Vijayanagar, delivered an outstanding performance at the recently held CISCE Zonal Swimming Championship at KALS, Gonikoppa in  Madikeri, winning multiple medals in various events.

In the U-19 boys category, Prapanna Prabha emerged one of the championship’s top performers by winning three gold medals in the 200m breaststroke, 100m breaststroke and 1500m freestyle. In the U-17 girls category, Saanvi secured two gold medals in 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke, besides claiming a silver medal in 50m breaststroke.

In the U-17 boys category, M.S. Bhargav Gowda won two gold medals in 400m freestyle and 400m individual medley. In the U-19 girls category, Avril won two gold medals in 100m freestyle and 50m butterfly along with silver medals in the 50m freestyle and the relay event.
