The University of Mysore will be conducting All India Inter University Men’s Kho Kho Tournament after a gap of 25 years and South Zone Inter University Women’s Kho Kho this year.
Over 16 qualified teams will be taking part in the All India Inter University Men’s Kho Kho while for 70 University teams are expected to take part. Last Year University of Mysore Women’s team won the third place in the All India Inter University competition while men’s team lost in quarter-finals of the All India Inter University competition.
In 2015-16 as part of centenary celebration UoM had organised All India Inter University Wrestling for both men and women and South Zone Inter University Hockey Tournament for Women.
