Mysuru Winter Festival: Some suggestions

January 2, 2018

Sir,

Whoever is responsible for holding the Open Street Festival in the heart of the city is to be blamed. The people living in and around Urs Road were virtually under house arrest, what with vehicles parked anywhere and everywhere.

All roads and bylanes were blocked. This was a punishment for people living around this Central Business District.

I request the authorities concerned to hold such festivals in extensions where not much traffic exists.
