Nandini milk price to go up?

April 1, 2026

Bengaluru: Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) Chairman and former MP D.K. Suresh, has hinted at the hike in prices of Nandini milk and its other products.

Suresh has said, following the US, Israel war on Iran, the Central Government has regulated the supply and use of LPG for cooking purposes, which has affected the production of Nandini milk and other products.  There is a clear direction to use only 55 percent of LPG and for using up to 100 percent, the consumers have to pay 35 percent additional amount, which naturally increases the financial expenditure. Ultimately, the consumers have to bear the burden, he added.
