Mysore/Mysuru: Seshadripuram Degree College, Mysuru, had organised a National-level Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on ‘New Performance Appraisal System and Career Advancement Scheme’ on May 22.

Around 500 participants from across the State had registered for the FDP. M.K. Shalini, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, welcomed the Resource Person Prof. K. Sajjath, NAAC Coordinator and Associate Professor, Department of English, Government Science College, Bengaluru. 

The resource person enlightened the participants on various methods of assessment, methodology, criteria and evaluation process. He highlighted on the need of research and Ph.D that will be made mandatory in the Universities shortly. 

The participants had a question and answer session through which they were given a chance to clarify their queries and doubts. 

R. Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, proposed a vote of thanks. All the participants were issued an e-certificate after the webinar.
