National Webinar on ‘Mahatma Gandhi’

The Centre for Canadian Studies, Department of English, University of Mysore (UoM) and Centre for Gandhian Studies, Gandhi Bhavan, Manasagangothri, have jointly organised a two-day National Webinar on ‘Gandhi and his thoughts in a challenging world’ on Mar. 30 and 31. The event will be inaugurated by UoM Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar at Vijnana Bhavan in Manasagangothri at 10.30 am on Mar. 30. Prof. Vijay Sheshadri of Centre for Canadian Studies delivers Webinar Concept Note. Prof. G.B. Shivaraju of Kasturaba Trust-Arasikere delivers keynote address. Centre for Gandhian Studies Director Prof. M.S. Shekar and Prof. L. Devika Rani of English Department, Manasagangothri, will be present during the inaugural. Valedictory will be held at 4.15 pm on Mar. 31. UoM Registrar Prof. R. Shivappa delivers valedictory address. Prof. Vijay Sheshadri will give the concluding remarks. Prof. M.S.
