National Commission for Scheduled Castes Under Secretary Dileep Kumar Gupta will undertake a two-day tour of the district on June 16 and 17. Upon his arrival, Gupta will hold a meeting with the CSIR-CFTRI Director and other top officials of the Institute regarding recruitment, promotion, problems  and other issues concerning SC employees  at 12 noon on June 16. Later, he will hold a meeting with CFTRI SC Employees Association office-bearers at 2 pm. On June 17, Gupta will hold a meeting at 10 am with the Deputy Commissioner and other top District officials on recruitment, promotion, job security, implementation of Central and State-funded schemes for SC welfare and other issues concerning SC Community.
