NCC cadets take out awareness rally on waste management

Mysore/Mysuru: NCC girl cadets took out a rally and performed a street play in city recently to create public awareness on waste management.

The cadets, who began the rally from Good Shepherd Convent, passed through Ramaswamy Circle before culminating at the District Courts Complex on Krishnaraja Boulevard.

Later, they staged a street play in front of the Court, highlighting the importance of waste segregation, management and disposal.

Earlier, NCC Commanding Officer Col. Rajeev Kumar and Administrative Officer P.S. Sangeetha flagged off the rally. Sub. Major V.K. Mishra, Antony Ammal and other NCC officers were present.
