Mysore/Mysuru: Sudden braking by the driver of a private bus to pick up passengers led to serial accidents between the private bus and two KSRTC buses near Alanahalli on Mysuru-T.Narasipur Road yesterday morning.

The incident occurred when all the three buses were proceeding one behind the other from T. Narasipur side towards Mysuru. After crossing the Outer Ring Road, the private bus, which was moving ahead, stopped suddenly as the driver applied the brakes to pick up passengers.

As the private bus came to a sudden halt, the driver of the KSRTC bus, travelling behind, applied brakes to avoid accident. But another KSRTC bus which was coming from Kollegal side hit the KSRTC bus from behind resulting in the bus hitting the private bus in front of it.

Luckily no injuries were reported and all the three buses have been damaged in the accident.

No complaint or case has been registered in this regard.
