N’gud bypoll: Rousing welcome for Prasad

With today being the fourth day of filing nominations to Nanjangud by-poll, only one candidate filed his nomination papers today, when we went to the press at 1.30 pm.

Hannur Pradeep Kumar of Karunada Party, along with his supporters, submitted his nomination papers to the Chief Electoral Officer in the temple town this morning.

Meanwhile, former Minister and BJP candidate V. Sreenivasa Prasad who visited Chamalapura hundi village in Nanjangud this morning, was given a rousing welcome by bursting crackers.
