No footpath on Panchamanthra Road

December 19, 2018

Sir,

The Panchamanthra Road in Kuvempunagar is one of the busiest Roads which does not have a footpath. The Mysuru City Corporation has erected sign boards in such a way by completely blocking the footpath. Since vehicular traffic is very high on this road, people, especially kids and aged are using the Main Road itself to walk by risking their lives.
I request the authorities to remove the boards erected and make the footpath pedestrian-friendly.
