No meat sale on Sept. 14

The Executive Engineer of the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has issued a ban order on sale of meat on Sept. 14 on account of Ganesha Chaturthi Festival. Hence, all the meat shops and slaughter houses have been ordered to down the shutters on the said date, according to a press release.
