Bengaluru: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has said that there was no proposal before the Government on appointing former University of Mysore (UoM) and KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.S. Rangappa as Advisor to the Higher Education Department.
Speaking at a ‘Meet the Press’ event at Bengaluru yesterday, Kumaraswamy said that he saw reports on Prof. Rangappa as advisor only in newspapers. But there was no such proposal before the Government, he clarified.
