No online services by CESC for 10 days from tomorrow

Due to upgradation of software, the CESC (Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited) has suspended its online customer services such as power bills payment, new connections, change of name, etc., for 10 days from Mar. 10 to 19 under its jurisdiction. The suspension will be in effect in the limits of CESC Sub-divisions such as V.V. Mohalla, Hootagalli, Kuvempunagar, Ramakrishnanagar, Central, Chamundipuram, N.R. Mohalla and Jyothinagar in city, Nanjangud, K.R. Nagar, Hunsur, Chamarajanagar, Kollegal, Madikeri, Mandya, Malavalli, Hassan, Channarayapatna and Arasikere.

A press release from CESC also stated that it may take about 15 days for the online services to stabilise after the software is upgraded and appealed the public for co-operation during this period.
