Mysore/Mysuru: Executive Director of GRAAM Dr. Basavaraju R. Shreshta received the prestigious ‘Noble Citizen Award 2023’ from the Nobel Citizen Foundation, at the event held at Hans Raj College Auditorium, Delhi University. 

The award was presented by K.L. Ganju, Consul General (Hon.) of the Republic of the Union of the Comoros. This award was given considering the social service of  Dr. Basavaraju especially in the education and skill development sector. 

The jury, including Justice Lok Pal Singh of Uttarakhand High Court, Nana Kojo Asiedu (First Secretary, High Commission of the Republic of Ghana) and Justice Krishna Debnath from Bangladesh selected accomplished persons from India and abroad.
