Objections invited for liquidation

September 8, 2019

Sri Adishakti House-building Co-operative Society, coming under the jurisdiction of Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mysuru district, has been liquidated as the Society was not abiding by the stipulated bylaws and a Liquidator too was appointed. Though the liquidation was effected a couple of months ago, neither the members of the Society nor public have appealed to rejuvenate the Society. As the Society members are not getting any benefits, steps have been taken to cancel the registration of the Society. Written objections with supporting documents are invited from members of the Society and public within 15 days of publication of this notice failing which the registration of the Society will be cancelled.
