Mysore/Mysuru: The following have been elected as the new office-bearers (2023-25) of Nanjangud Taluk Journalists Association in the elections held recently: S. Gangadhar – President, C. Raghavendra – Vice-President, M.S. Satyanarayana-  General Secretary, M. Mahadevaswamy – Secretary, S. Mahadev – Treasurer.

Executive Committee Members: Chinnaswamy, Bhagyaraju, Hullahalli Mohan, T.K. Basavaraju, Chinnappaand  G.M. Venugopal.

S. Gangadhar defeated his rival H.D. Rangaswamy by four votes to win the President’s post. While Gangadhar secured 14 votes, Rangaswamy could manage 10 votes, according to Returning Officer Bannur K. Raju.

Mysuru District Journalists Association and Journalists Abhyudaya Co-operative Society have greeted the new team.
