Benefits of Sun Gazing

Sun is the source of all energy and the earth relies on sun. Keeping this in mind, one should understand that the sun’s energy offers abundant source of energy and if harnessed in a correct way, it is bound to offer plenty of benefits.

When sun is seen directly through the eyes, it activates the pineal gland, which is also known as the third eye responsible for physical, mental and spiritual activities of human.

The sun has photons and light that our brains can absorb and stimulate something called bio-photons. Studies have shown this to be beneficial to the health and well-being of humans.

This stimulates the pineal gland, also known as the “master gland.” This boosts the secretion of melatonin and serotonin, our “feel-good” hormones.
