Mysuru: One person was killed while another sustained serious injuries when the goods auto in which they were travelling toppled on Nanjangud Road on Oct. 28 afternoon.

While the deceased is Mahesh (35), the injured is Arun. The goods auto was being driven by one Girish Kumar.

According to the Police, yesterday at about 1.30 pm, the goods auto was proceeding from Rajahamsa Circle on Nanjangud Road towards Gun House Circle when Girish reportedly lost control of the vehicles which toppled to the left side of the road resulting in Mahesh and Arun sustaining serious injuries.

Though both were admitted to a nearby private hospital, Mahesh succumbed to injuries at the hospital at about 2.45 pm.

Krishnaraja (KR) Traffic Police, who have registered a case, have asked the kith and kin of deceased Mahesh to contact KR Traffic Police Station on Ph: 0821-2418330 or Mob: 94808-02249.
