One killed in serial bike collision

Mysuru: One person was killed and two others sustained serious injuries in a serial accident involving three motorcycles on Mahadevapura Ring Road on Friday night. The deceased has been identified as Ramu (30), a resident of Kamanakerehundi, while the injured Shivanna and another unidentified person have been admitted to Shantaveri Gopala Gowda hospital.

The accident is said to have occurred when a speeding Yamaha bike rammed into two motorcycles that were moving ahead near Sathagalli bus depot at about 8 pm.

Due to the impact of the collision, the Yamaha motorcycle was ripped into pieces, it is learnt. Siddarthanagar Traffic Police have registered a case.
