Vivekananda Institute for Leadership Development (V-LEAD), a unit of Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM), Mysuru, will conduct one-month residential Youth Skill Development Programme under the GenNext-Kausalyan initiative supported by Infosys Foundation. 

SVYM, a development organisation working across Health, Education, Socio-Economic Empowerment and Training & Research, has been committed to building a self-reliant and empowered society for over three decades. In line with this mission, the GenNext-Kausalyan programme aims to enhance employability among rural and semi-urban youth by offering structured, job-oriented training. 

The residential training from July 10 includes Life Skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Digital Literacy, Workplace Readiness, Al Skills and Placement Activity.
