Whenever we make online payment of CESC bills, after receiving the payment, a message is displayed not to press back button or refresh button and to wait for 72 hours. A copy of the screen print is attached herewith (see pic above).  

Should the citizens sit before the computer screen for 72 hours after making the payment?
