Online payment of electricity bill still in limbo

Sir,

The Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) in their notification during March 2024 had said that the online payment of bills and other online services would be unavailable until 30th March by which time the software updation work would be completed.

It is now nearing end of April and still the online payment webpage shows error 404, which means it is still under shut down.

I request the CESC authorities to speed up the work and render full online availability of services at the earliest.
