Only 10 devotees at a time inside Chamundi Hill Temple

In the wake of Coronavirus scare and as per orders from the District Administration, devotees, in spite of repeated orders to stay home and create social distancing, are still offering their prayers atop the Chamundi Hill, as was the case this morning too.  For such devotees, the Temple staff were standing guard near the general queue, ready with hand sanitisers for the devotees and made sure that every devotee sanitised his or her hands before entering the sanctum sanctorum. Also, all VVIP and special darshans have been cancelled and only 10 devotees are let inside the temple premises at once to avoid crowding.
