Open Day held at ATME College of Engineering

Mysore/Mysuru: “ATME Open Day-2026” was held at ATME College of Engineering in Mysuru   recently to provide a platform for II PUC students, just passed-out PUC students, diploma students and parents to explore diverse academic and career opportunities.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. L. Basavaraj briefed students and parents about various engineering disciplines, emerging industry trends and future career opportunities.

He emphasised the importance of informed career choices and highlighted the institution’s commitment towards academic excellence and student development.

Also, detailed information regarding “ATME Vidyasare Scholarship” was shared with students and parents. The initiative aims to support deserving students and ensure that financial constraints do not hinder higher education.

Participants experienced the academic environment of the institution through guided campus tours, live project demonstrations, interactive sessions and direct interaction with faculty members and students.

The college highlighted its placement assistance system, industry collaborations, internship opportunities and skill development programmes that help students prepare for successful careers.

Administrator Dr. Sachidananda Murthy, Dean Dr. K. Srinivasa, Dr. L. Raghavendra,  Heads of various Departments and faculty members were present at the event compered by Prof. Chandrashekar and Prof. F. Juslin.
