This drain near Mandi Police Station on K.T. Street, which is open since 15 days, is causing a lot of problems to the residents as well as the public as foul smell is emanating from it besides increase in mosquitoes and flies in the surroundings. Authorities concerned are urged to get the drain cleared of waste and also cover it.
