The recent letter on ‘Operation Wheel-Lock’ appears to be most important and useful suggestion considering the ‘devil may care attitude’ of the motorists with least concern for other road-users.

Similarly, three people riding on two-wheelers has become the privilege and order of the day and it is hell for other road-users when these vehicles try to take left or right turn with hardly any space to move the handle bar.

Hence, the Traffic Police should seize these vehicles on the spot and cancel the RC Book to bring in discipline.
