Over 1,000 form Yoga Chain

Mysore/Mysuru: Yoga Dasara Sub-Committee had organised ‘Yoga Chain‘ formations as part of week-long Yoga Dasara-2022 programme at the Palace premises yesterday morning. MP Pratap Simha inaugurated the programme in which over 1,000 people of all age groups from across the district of various Yoga Schools and Training Centres actively participated.

The Yoga enthusiasts performed yogasanas in three forms —Triangle, sitting posture chain and chain locking for 45-min.  In all, they performed ten yogasanas with eight yogasanas by standing and two by sitting.

Yoga Dasara Sub-Committee Special Officer Simanthini, Working President B.M. Rani, Member-Secretary Dr. Pushpa, President Balakrishna, Vice-Presidents Eshwar, K.Y. Manju, B.C. Yogesh Kumar and Arun Kumar and others were present.
