Shivarudrappa (61), Secretary of Mysuru District Congress Committee, passed away at a city hospital on Friday following brief illness. A resident of Sunnadakeri in city, he had served as the Secretary of Sunnadakeri Nayaka Sangha.

He was the Proprietor of Manjula Sound and Light Systems. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
