Sheelamani (60), a resident of BEML Layout in Srirampura, passed away here yesterday following brief illness. Her husband Srikanta Sharma had predeceased her. She leaves behind son Sudheendra Bharadwaj, Superintendent of Agriculture Department at Chamarajanagar and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill last evening.
Kempamma (80), wife of late Devaiah and a resident of Kuvempunagar, passed away early this morning in city. She leaves behind two sons, a daughter, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Jayanagar Burial Grounds this afternoon.
