Alwyn D’Souza has been awarded Ph.D in Genetics and Genomics by University of Mysore (UoM), for his thesis ‘A Study on Seasonal Circadian Rhythm Pattern in Drosophila Malerkotliana and Drosophila Bipectinata – An Evolutionary Approach’ submitted under the guidance of Prof. V. Shakunthala.

Concession for students at Zoo

On account of Mysuru Dasara Festivities, cancelled student concession facility from Oct. 15 to Oct. 29 at Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens (Mysuru Zoo), has been resumed from Oct. 20 onwards. Schools and Colleges can avail the facility of student’s concession with effect from Oct. 20.
