Zoos across the State, which were facing shortage of funds following COVID-induced lockdown, has received good response for the animal adoption scheme. A total of 2,022 individuals/ institutions have adopted the animals/ birds of Mysuru Zoo by paying adoption fees through Zoo Authority of Karnataka (ZAK) App between June 5 and 10.
