Kotramada Chippa Biddappa (54), a resident of Vijayanagar 4th Stage, passed away yesterday in city. A native of Srimangala in Kodagu district, he leaves behind his wife, one son and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed yesterday at Chirashanthidhama in Gokulam.
