The road right under the railway bridge at Jayanagar which connects the backside of NIE College is in a pathetic condition and filled with potholes of various shapes and size. This is causing a lot of problems to motorists especially two-wheeler riders and the problem worsens during rains as the potholes will not be visible…

Keerthikumar (52), an Agriculture Officer at Naaralapura village in Periyapatna taluk, passed away yesterday at a private hospital in Mysuru. He leaves behind his mother, wife, two daughters, brothers and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed today at Naaralapura, according to family sources.
