Palace Board fetes Dolls Exhibitors

Mysore/Mysuru: The Exhibition of Dolls organised by the Mysore Palace Board during the Dasara Festivities and also to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee Year of Indian Independence, attracted more than two lakh visitors and thousands of them have recorded their appreciation of the expo in the Visitors Book being maintained by the Palace Board.

The main contributors of the Dolls Exhibition — Bhanuprakash Sharma (Traditional Dolls), Geetha Srihari (Narasimha Avatara), Nagaprasad (75th Year of Independence), Hemalatha Kumaraswamy (Sri Devi Divya Darshana), Meera Ramesh (Durga Puja in Palace), Annapoorna Gopalakrishna (Vishnu Leele) and Leelavathi (Manavana Jeevana Chakra) — were felicitated on Oct.15 by Deputy Director of Palace Board T.S. Subramanya.

Officials and staff of the Palace Board were present on the occasion.
