Jaipur: City’s young swimmer K. Panishka brought laurels to Mysuru with an impressive bronze-medal performance at the SFI Sub-Junior National Swimming Championship 2026, held at the SMS Swimming Pool in Jaipur, Rajasthan, recently.

Competing in the Group 3 girls category, Panishka showcased determination and strong technique in the 100m butterfly event. She clocked an impressive 1:11.86 secs to secure the bronze medal in the highly competitive national championship.

Daughter of  S.N. Kumaraswamy and D.A. Kavyashree, residents of SBM Layout in Bogadi, Panishka is coached by K.S. Mahesha at Marlin Aquatic Centre.
