Partial cancellation of train services

South Western Railway, Mysuru Division, has decided to install Electronic In Motion Weigh Bridge at Chitradurga Station and will be taking up critical civil engineering and mechanical works from Sept. 28 to Oct. 17. The following trains will be partially cancelled and schedule stoppage of trains at Chitradurga Railway Station will also be cancelled on the dates as listed below:

Partial cancellation of trains

  1. Train No. 07347 Hubballi to Chitradurga Express Special is partially cancelled between Chikjajur and Chitradurga duly short terminating at Chikjajur. 2. Train No. 07348 Chitradurga to Hubballi Express Special is partially cancelled between Chitradurga to Chikjajur and will originate from Chikjajur.

Cancellation of schedule stoppage at Chitradurga

  1. Train No.06207 KSR Bengaluru to Hospet Express Special from Sept. 27 to Oct. 16; 2. Train No. 06208 Hospet to KSR Bengaluru Express Special from Sept. 28 to Oct. 17; 3. Train No. 06243 KSR Bengaluru to Hospet Express Special from Sept. 28 to Oct. 17; 4. Train No. 06244 Hospet to KSR Bengaluru Express Special from Sept. 28 to Oct. 17; 5. Train No. 06521 Yesvantpur to Jaipur Suvidha Special on Sept. 30, Oct. 7 and Oct. 14; 6. Train No. 06522 Jaipur to Yesvantpur Suvidha Special on Oct. 2 and Oct. 9; 7. Train No. 06237 Mysuru to Shiradi Sai Nagar Express Special on Oct. 4 and Oct. 11; 8. Train No.06238 Shiradi Sai Nagar to Mysuru Express Special on Sept. 28, Oct. 5 and Oct. 12; 9. Train No. 06229 Mysuru to Varanasi Express Special on Sept. 28, Sept. 30, Oct. 5, Oct. 7, Oct. 12 and Oct. 14; 10. Train No. 06230 Varanasi to Mysuru Express Special on Sept. 30, Oct. 2, Oct. 7, Oct. 9 and Oct. 14, according to a press release from Dr. Manjunath Kanamadi, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and PRO.
