Pathetic state of roads in industrial area

February 2, 2025

Sir,

This road, which connects Koorgalli Industrial Area and BEML from Infosys, sees a good number of daily commuters and industrial trucks and heavy vehicles. Sadly, they have to pass a road which is not really a road. There is a big pothole and is leading to many accidents on a daily basis.

This pothole has been like this for two years and the authorities come to the spot,  just pour sand on it whenever the pothole emerges again.

Industrial areas should have roads, made to withstand rains and daily commutes of heavy vehicles, but the authorities have made roads only fit for cycles.

For all the taxes and duties being collected from industries and with the current technologies available, is it really so difficult to make good roads?

I request the authorities to look into the matter seriously.
