Pejawar Seer’s 81st Chaturmasya in city from July 26

Mysuru: The 81st Chaturmasya of Pejawar Seer Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji and 32nd Chaturmasya of Vishwaprasanna Theertha Swamiji has been organised by Sri Krishnadhama Trust at its premises in Saraswathipuram from July 26 to Sept. 14.

Disclosing this at a press meet at Patrakarthara Bhavan here this morning, Chaturmasya Management Committee Chairman R. Vasudev Bhat said that the Swamijis will arrive in city on July 26 at 4 pm and will be brought in a colourful procession from Fire Brigade Junction in Saraswathipuram to the venue accompanied by troupes presenting folk dances and chanting bhajans. He further said that the grand reception at 6 pm at the venue will be inaugurated by retired High Court Judge N. Kumar. MLA S.A. Ramdas will preside. Akhila Bharatiya Sahitya Parishat Organising Secretary Narayana Shevire will speak on the occasion. Discourses, yagas, cultural programmes and interactions will feature every evening, he explained.
