K.S. Shilpashree has been awarded Ph.D in Botany by the University of Mysore (UoM) for her thesis ‘Screening for disease resistance in turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) against leaf blight caused by Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl’ [Guide: Dr. M.S. Sharada].
